US, NATO Step Up Support for Ukraine

The United States and NATO are beefing up their support for Ukraine.
The U.S. is committing close to $16 million for humanitarian aid.
The Obama administration is also considering sending weapons to help Ukraine fight the Russian-backed rebels. Ukrainian leaders say they desperately need adequate weapons to defend themselves.
Meanwhile, NATO plans to more than double the size of its response force in Ukraine from 13,000 to 30,000.
