HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
Bishop Francis started Ruach City Church more than 26 years ago with 18 faithful members.  The church grew rapidly and today more than 8,000+ people attend regularly over 5 locations.  Bishop is known as a pastor who challenges the body of Christ to shake off complacency and live as God intended: fruitful and effective.  He is uncompromising in his faith and means serious business for God. As a result, Bishop is always in demand for preaching and imparting spiritual wisdom.  He operates in his gift as an Apostle and speaks with a prophetic voice.  He was consecrated to the office of Bishop in 1998.  He is also the international director of the Ruach Network of Churches in which he oversees 50+ churches in the UK and around the world.  The church launched their own radio station in 2012 via the internet at www.ruachradio.com.

He is a recipient of the British Gospel Association’s (BGA) award, Contribution to Gospel Music and Gospel TV Series of the Year.  Bishop also performed in the presence of Her Majesty, The Queen, the Prince and the late Princess of Wales.  He has toured all over Europe doing numerous musical workshops, TV and radio shows with the renowned choir, The Inspirational Choir (UK).  He is also the recipient of the Minister of the Year Oasis Award and Church of the Year Oasis Award.  Their Ruach City Church choir and musicians recorded on Donnie McClurkin’s Live in London album.  Bishop Francis has also released music projects.  More than 126 million viewers in the US watch his broadcast ministry, Order My Steps.  He is the author of numerous books including “Is There a Word from the Lord?”, “What Do You Do When You’re Left Alone?”, etc.
