When Giving Became Worship

Edward Campiani has a growing clothing line called “Fear LS.” It’s dedicated to empowering individuals to live bodly, reminding them who they are to God.

“You are forgiven, chosen, and redeemed in Christ. That is your identity,” said Edward. “Ignore anything else the world says because that is your identity in, in life.”

He says the company’s success is the impact on people’s lives.

“It's not about how much we sell, it's actually more about conversation,” explained Edward. “We've found just amazing Bible verses that speak to the person when they're kind of going down.”

Edward’s the first to admit he used to chase material wealth. He knew he was supposed to tithe to his church, but he never did. Then, in 2015, after losing his job, Edward decided to reach out to God.

“I said, ‘Hey, God, let's make a deal. You want my 10%? Uh, I'll give You my 10%, but You gotta give me a job’,” said Edward.

A short time later, he was hired at a lending firm. Edward honored his vow to tithe, and a year after that, he was promoted and given a 30% raise. Still, God wasn’t his main focus.

Edward explained, “My relationship with God was, um, ‘I'll call You when I need You. Thank You for the deal. Let's meet up again soon.’”

Then one day, while he was working out, God got his attention.

“I'm wearing a tank top at this time that says ‘Lone Wolf,’ because that's how I felt. Uh, I'm a lone wolf, I don't need anybody. Then I saw the cross covering the bottom part of the ‘n’ spelling ‘love.’ Time stops, it was so peaceful. I think God showed His true love by, by showing me, by spelling it out pretty much,” said Edward.

Feeling God’s love, Edward started attending church regularly and feeding the hungry. He made giving to his church and others a priority even when he lost his job in 2022.

Edward explained, “My view of money no longer became of chasing it because, when you really feel God's love and presence, that's all you need. You wanna pass that love to others. And I say, ‘How much is it worth to save someone who needs help?’”

A few months after losing his job, God gave him another one. This time, making double the salary he had when he first started tithing. That’s when God also gave him the idea for his clothing line.

Edward said, “The apparel wakes people up and say, ‘You are not what the world says. You are what I say, and you are My child.’”

Edward has a heart for helping people. He encourages everyone to give and see how lives will be blessed.

Edward said, “When you start looking at tithing, not about money, you see it as a seed. God said, ‘I've trusted you with very little, now I'm gonna give you more and see what else you do.’”
