German Train Terrorist Gave a Warning for the West

Germany's top security officials say the man who attacked several train passengers with an axe acted alone. The 17-year-old Afghan asylum-seeker was shot and killed by police after wounding five people in the bloody attack.

ISIS claimed responsibility, posting a video in which the teen waved a knife and called himself a soldier of the Islamic state. The teen said he's an Islamic warrior and called for the killing of "infidels" throughout the West.

"I am a warrior of ISIS," the boy said in the video.

"God willing...every fighter will come to you and cut your heads in your homes," he warned the West. "They will be in your countries, your homes, and your camps and they will make their bases in your own lands to attack you. In every street, every city and airport you will be attacked in."

The terrorist also had a message for the Muslim community.

"I want to send this message to the Muslim communities," he said. "Get up! We have the Islamic State; get up and associate yourself with the leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi."

German Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere said Wednesday the video is authentic and is a "classic farewell video of a suicide attacker."
