William (Bill) McConkey became a member of CBN’s board of directors in 1987 and has worked with CBN since the late 1960s. Bill is a leader in the field of development and is the chairman of McConkey-Johnston, Inc., an international development and management consulting firm with headquarters in Woodland Park, Colorado; and founder and executive director of MMDI Institute in St. Louis, Missouri.

Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Missouri. He also has a master of divinity degree from the University of Dubuque, graduating summa cum laude.
