Stressed Out? 'Come Unto Me'

With all that is happening in our world right now...

Contentious presidential election, threats of terrorism, racial division, financial turmoil, crime, persecution, etc. I can't think of anything I want or need more than the presence of God!

We are all so very distracted and stressed out by our problems, burdens, politics, pain, or just life!

God has a special invitation for us!

Jesus says in

, "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."

And

talks about times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord.

So for a day -- I challenge you to turn off the television, log off of social media and just get alone with God. Seek his face. Ask for refreshing and re-filling of His Holy Spirit!
