Hillary: Playing it Smart
Hillary Clinton is going to appear on Fox News's "The O'Reilly Factor" on Wednesday and Thursday this week. It will air over two nights. O'Reilly will sit down with her face to face in South Bend, Indiana this week. This is a brilliant move.
I don't care what transpires during that interview. Hillary's a big girl and I'm sure she can handle O'Reilly but that's not really the point. The point here is that she is doing this interview in the first place.
When you go into "enemy territory," you show that you're not afraid and you have nothing to hide. You also get some new found respect from conservatives just for showing up. Plus, it shows you want to be a President for "all the people".
When Hillary Clinton sat down with me here at CBN, it was a smart move. Evangelical Christians care not just about the life and marriage issues but they don't want to lose their job either. They care about the war and healthcare. Maybe most importantly, Hillary came off as someone who's actually very likeable. Maybe that's because she is. The "softer side" of Hillary has always been a major selling point but hasn't been sold to the public as much as it should.
