GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM ET on August 29, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 3, 2025 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. The winner will be announced on September 4, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of CBN, its affiliated organizations, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period: - Follow @christianbroadcastingnetwork and @the700club on Instagram. - Like the official giveaway post. - Tag one (1) or more people in the comments of the giveaway post. Each comment tagging a different person will count as a separate entry. There is no limit to the number of entries. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

PRIZES

One winner will receive free streaming access to the film *The Revival Generation: Gen Z Turning to Jesus* on CBN.com/RevivalGeneration, and one (1) physical DVD copy of the film (Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of DVD: $9.99 each). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each streaming prize is $5.99. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Drawing will take place on or about September 4, 2025. Winners will be notified via direct message on the Instagram platform. If a winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of CBN, which are final and binding. Winners agree that CBN may use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes in connection with this Giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless CBN and its affiliates from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. CBN is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, CBN reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event the online portion of the promotion must be cancelled for any reason, remaining entrants will be chosen at random from among all eligible entries received at time of online termination and all e-mailed entries.

DISPUTES

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages beyond actual out-of-pocket

expenses. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and entrant (and his/her parent or legal guardian) further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

LIST OF WINNERS

Winner information will be collected directly through the social media platform via direct message. The selected winners will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform and will have twenty-four (24) hours to respond and provide their contact information, including mailing address for prize delivery. If a winner does not respond within that time frame, an alternate winner will be selected and contacted.
