Jesus often exhorted His followers to become childlike so they could experience the Kingdom of Heaven in its fullest measure.
“ …For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.” (
Matthew 19:14
But Jesus said, "Let the children come to me. Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children."

This wasn’t a mandate limited to miracles but one to apply to all areas of our relationship with God.
Our father eagerly awaits our questions for a number of reasons:
For intimacy and connection
To learn and experience His heart and nature in the fullest measures
To empower you to live in Christ
And so you can experience Heaven’s Kingdom with wide-eyed wonder
At first, it was hard for me to even know what to ask God. I was concerned I would ask the wrong questions, but Holy Spirit spoke to me during that season.“Ask the questions that your children are asking you.” So, I started listening to my kids and asking those questions. They may have sounded foolish to some, but I grew to know a side of God I’d never before experienced.
Friend, you’ve received the same invitation to call unto God and He will answer you and tell you great and mighty things you do not know. It’s a promise! Don’t let fear keep you from knowing the God of wonders and miracles. Let your childlike curiosity lead you into new breadths and depths of His Kingdom.
Ask Him and then wait for his response:
God, what part of Your nature do You want me to get to know in this season?
God, what type of questions do you want me to start asking you?
