Dr. Raymond Pierre Hylton (history), along with the invaluable support of his team of assistants, has assembled a collection of images, primarily from the archives of the L. Douglas Wilder Library, representing the university's rich history and complied them in his book, "Virginia Union University" (Campus History) from Arcadia Publishing; Illustrated edition (October 6, 2014)
