Emergency Aid for Israel's Displaced Families
I'm here in the southern city of Arad. CBN Israel is on the ground to provide aid and support to the people affected. An Iranian ballistic missile wreaked havoc in a residential area just five minutes from here. And we're here partnering with a local ministry to provide help to people that needed most.
The devastation behind me, the rubble. It doesn't just represent the physical devastation, but the broken homes, families, children that have been displaced. People are struggling not just with losing everything but losing also that inner calm and peace.
One of the recipients of our aide shares the impact it has on the community.
“We are deeply grateful for the tremendous support we have received from CBN. It is very important for us to feel that we are supported not only here, but all around the world as well. You should know that your blessings and your support will certainly bear fruit and God will bless you. Thank you very much.”
We're delivering food packages, connecting people to our community and support center to provide trauma therapy. We're also contacting an elderly couple that are deaf, and they can’t hear the sirens when they go off, and we're providing special alarms for them to be able to hear.
This is what we do in times of crisis. We're here on the ground. It's thanks to you. Thanks to the support of CBN donors. We're here to provide support for Holocaust survivors, for immigrants fleeing antisemitism, for victims of terror, as we're experiencing right now. This barrage of Iranian ballistic missiles—I want to thank you for continuing to support the people of Israel for your prayers and your donations. God bless you.
