By clicking Finish Donation, you are authorizing us to securely store the credit card credentials you enter and charge the credit card on a monthly basis in the amount you specify. 

Your monthly credit card donation will remain in effect until you notify us in writing or by phone that you want to change or end this arrangement (please allow at least three business days to act on your request), or until we stop making such charges to the credit card.  In the unlikely event that a material change is ever made to these terms and conditions, notification of such change will be sent to you based on the contact information you have provided to us.
