Njabulo Boldly Shares the Gospel

In the vibrant heart of South Africa, ten-year-old Njabulo lives in a home filled with love, faith, and purpose. Raised by parents who are actively involved in church ministry while balancing professional careers, Njabulo and his two younger siblings have grown up in an environment where Christian values are not just taught but lived out daily. His parents have always been intentional about the content their children consume, choosing faith-based programming over mainstream entertainment. And at the center of their media choices is one powerful tool: CBN Animation’s Superbook.

From the age of four or five, Njabulo began watching Superbook on YouTube. The stories captivated him, and he even wrote about it in his journal because it was so special to him. These episodes weren’t just entertainment—they were seeds of truth, planting a strong biblical foundation in his heart. By the time he was seven, Njabulo made the life-changing decision to give his heart to the Lord.

Superbook helped Njabulo understand and know God on a personal level, transforming biblical knowledge into a real and living faith.

Faith in Action: A Real-Life Mission

Two episodes in particular had a profound impact on Njabulo: “A Giant Adventure” and “Let My People Go.” These stories taught him about courage, obedience, and standing up for others—especially those who are vulnerable. One day, Njabulo found himself in a situation that mirrored the story of Moses and Pharaoh. A younger boy was being bullied, and Njabulo saw himself as Aaron, stepping in to confront the bully (Pharaoh) and defend the child (Moses).

With courage and conviction, he stepped in to stop the bullying, and as a result, the younger child was empowered to stand up for another child who was also being mistreated.

This act of bravery didn’t just stop the bullying—it sparked a ripple effect. The boy Njabulo defended was so inspired by the love and courage he witnessed that he eventually gave his heart to the Lord. Njabulo’s faith had become action, and his life was already bearing fruit.

Growing in Faith and Leadership

Since making the decision to follow Jesus, Njabulo’s life has been marked by a deep passion for sharing the Gospel. He believes wholeheartedly in the message of hope and forgiveness and actively leads others to Christ through the lessons he’s learned from Superbook. He’s particularly drawn to prayer and discipleship, often witnessing to his peers and encouraging them to build their own relationships with God.

“I enjoy discipling children my age, younger, and even older,” shared Njabulo with a smile. “It’s really amazing to introduce people to Jesus through the Bible and daily devotionals.”

Njabulo’s understanding of faith has grown significantly. He now firmly believes in the power of prayer and has witnessed firsthand how God answers prayers. His trust in God has deepened, and he approaches challenges with confidence, knowing that God is always with him.

“Superbook has helped me become courageous… It has reminded me many times that I don’t need to be afraid when I trust in God.”

Lessons That Last a Lifetime

Every episode of Superbook has taught Njabulo something new about Jesus. From the story of Joshua and Caleb, he learned to be brave and trust God even when others are afraid. From Adam and Eve, he learned the importance of making the right choices and obeying God. And from Moses, he saw how God leads and cares for his people.

“I love the story of Joshua and Caleb because it shows how important it is to listen to God and have faith… Their courage taught me that anything is possible through God who gives me strength.” (Philippians 4:13).

These lessons have shaped Njabulo’s character and deepened his relationship with Jesus. He now walks in confidence, knowing who he is in Christ. He’s not just a believer—he’s a leader, a disciple, and a living testimony of God’s transforming power.

“I feel good—I love knowing Jesus and helping others get to know him too.”

Njabulo’s story is a powerful example of how CBN Animation’s Superbook is impacting children around the world. In homes, churches, and communities, Superbook is helping young hearts discover their identity in Christ, overcome fear, and live out their faith with boldness and joy.
