Any moment now, President Obama will address the Easter Prayer Breakfast at the White House.  He'll begin by making remarks about the mining disaster that killed 25 miners in West Virginia yesterday.

Last night, the President called West Virginia Governor Joe Manchin.  Here's the readout of that call last night:
 
At approximately 8:00 pm this evening, the President spoke with West Virginia Governor Joe Manchin. President Obama offered his deepest condolences to the those who lost loved ones earlier today in the tragic incident. The President told Governor Manchin that the federal government stands ready to offer whatever assistance is needed in this rescue effort.
