Producing a newscast that's broadcast across the nation and around the globe is a team sport for sure and not for the faint of heart.

Correspondents and videographers gather information and video up until the last minute.

There are a slew of technical aspects from graphics, to studio cameras, to the control room that must operate flawlessly.

And a day's work of well-laid plans is routinely upended at the last minute to accommodate breaking news.
