CBN.com For over two decades, Tim Michaels has trained thousands of people (from ages 7 to 90) with simple, effective fitness techniques. His group classes have provided people with remarkable results every time. Tim has a real passion to help men, women, and children learn healthy eating habits and proper weight training. His Body Balancing system is comprised of all Ssafe exercises, proven so by his outstanding 20-year track record. His detailed instructions on each exercise dispel many of the myths and common questions related to weight training. Also, that one need not invest in expensive gym equipment. His ramp, a simple dumbbell set, and a bench are all you need to do most of his exercises.

Tim’s Ramp System is one of the secrets behind his training success. His simple “Quadmaker” ramp serves to increase strength in the legs, rejuvenate a weak lower back, boost metabolism, align the knees, and provide the user with a workout 10 times more effective than normal leg routines – all without the risk of injury, and most without the use of any additional weight. His combination training with light free weights provides amazingly effective toning and muscle building results. Those who have tried Tim’s three-week “Fueling Plan” are amazed at their weight loss, increased energy level, and dramatic drops in cholesterol levels.

Tim has worked with many athletes, including Tim Raines of the Chicago White Sox. After three months of training with Tim Micheals, including the Quadmaker, Raines gained balance and strength, dropping 45 pounds. He attained slugger power, hitting three home runs in one game. The next year, Raines set an American League record for the most stolen bases (37), bringing back his youthful speed at 37 years old. Bret Boone of the Seattle Mariners, with the help of three-months training with Tim Michaels, changed his .249 batting average, nine home runs, and 70 RBI to a .331 average, 37 home runs, with 147 RBI to lead the league. In 1995, Tim trained Kristin Beall Ludecke, using various upper-body combinations, his abs workout, and the Quadmaker. She brought the Quadmaker on the road with her and won the title for Miss Florida America. PGA golfer David Peoples at 41 years old worked with Tim over six weeks and went to a trim waist. He gained flexibility, power, and endurance, giving him his best year on the tour. Professional golfer Lee Janzen, PGA golfer/two-time U.S. Open Champion says one can have “The perfect instruction with them at all times.” He took two inches off his waist while achieving a six pack. He put two inches on his arms, three inches on his shoulders, and developed power in his legs.

Former tennis pro player Betsy Nagelsen McCormack is another athlete who sings the praises of Tim's Body Balancing system.

DIVINE INSPIRATION
Tim got started with physical fitness at the age of 13 when he started training in the martial art of JuJitsu. When he got older, he enlisted in the army and competed in martial arts. After his time in the service was over, he got into body building with his friend. He became really good and was a natural. Five years later he won the title of “Mr. Orlando.” Out of this he became a physical trainer. Around this time, a person close to him commited suicide. Tim was very depressed. A female friend told him about Jesus, and Tim accepted Him. Tim's faith grew. At one time, Tim prayed that God would inspire him with a fitness idea that would help people and God answered that prayer.

Tim first developed the Ramp system in 1993. He had already been a successful personal trainer and bodybuilder. Tim prayed that God would give him a fitness idea that would really help people. The result was the ramp. Tim first tried the exercises on his own. When he saw the results, he tried it in his fitness classes. Soon, people saw results quickly and word spread. His DVDs came a few years later, along with his website, which gets hundreds of thousands of hits a day. Tim's Body Balancing System has had proven success for over a decade.
