Napoleon Kaufman

A former first-round pick of the Los Angeles Raiders, Napoleon Kaufman retired from football to follow his passion and become a pastor. In 2003, he founded the Well Christian Community in Dublin, California, where he and his wife Nicole lead a thriving church with a congregation active in community service.
In 2009, the Bay Area Leadership Foundation presented Pastor Kaufman with its Chairman’s Award and created this video to commemorate his many achievements:
