Mark Burnett, producer of such hit television reality shows as Suvivor, The Apprentice, The Voice and more, is bringing The Bible back to TV. Beginning in March of 2013, The History Channel will begin a 10-hour mini series based upon the all-time best-seller.

Roma Downey will appear as Mary mother of Jesus. She is a familiar face from Touched by an Angel and is also the wife of Mark Burnett.
