In the wake of the George Floyd police involved killing there have been cries for justice.  For many that means seeing the officers involved prosecuted to the fullest extents of then law.  In terms of civil prosecution, thought, two words are emerging into the consciousness of our nation perhaps now more than ever:  qualified immunity.  Simply put it could serve as way for officers who have violated the law to escape accountability.  There is a movement afoot to change that.
