Tis the season for giving! Everyone is flooding the stores trying to find the perfect holiday gifts.  In the midst of it all there is a nugget:  while it may not feel good to your wallet, research shows giving is good for your health.  And if you want to give your wallet a break, the most valuable gift for both the giver and receiver does not cost money.
