Day 2

Pray for God to protect Israel. Ask God to change the plans of any nation who plots to harm Israel. Pray that the hearts of leaders in Russia, Iran, and any other hostile nation, will be turned away from hurting Israel.
The Bible instructs us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. In this volatile time, it is important that we remember that the Jews are still God’s chosen people. When God made His covenant with Abraham, He declared:
I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed. — Genesis 12:2-3, NKJV
While Christians are part of spiritual Israel, the natural nation of Israel is very dear to God’s heart – and very much a part of His plan. Today there are threats to the tiny nation of Israel from enemies on every side. As believers in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, we must band together with our Jewish brothers and sisters, crying out to the Lord for His protection of the people of Israel.
For thus says the LORD of hosts: "He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you; for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye." — Zechariah 2:8, NKJV

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May they prosper who love you. "May peace be within your walls, And prosperity within your palaces. For the sake of my brothers and my friends, I will now say, May peace be within you.For the sake of the house of the LORD our God, I will seek your good.
— Ps. 122:6-9, NASB
