Planting Seeds of Faith in Chimaltenango
In the vibrant hills of Chimaltenango, Guatemala, something truly special happened this month—something that reminded us once again of the power of God’s love and the joy of childlike faith. The Superbook team had the privilege of participating in a heartfelt event that brought together children, teachers, and volunteers for a day filled with laughter, learning, and life-changing encounters with Jesus.
From the moment the Superbook team arrived, they were welcomed with wide smiles and warm hearts. The children had prepared beautiful decorations inspired by Gizmo, the beloved robot companion from Superbook. Their excitement was contagious, and their creativity was a touching reminder of how deeply Superbook has already impacted their lives.
But beyond the games, songs, and colorful crafts, the most powerful moments came when the children sat down to watch a Superbook episode and heard the message of the Gospel. As the story unfolded on screen, their eyes lit up—not just with curiosity, but with understanding. They saw that Jesus wasn’t just a character in a story; he was real, and he loved them deeply.
“This event was a great example of how God continues to work in the hearts of children,” one Superbook team member shared.
