Video posted online by Syrian sources appears to show the capture of the ISIS executioner known as "The Bulldozer" by the Syrian army, according to the Daily Mail.

The obese jihadist is a member of the so-called Chopping Committee of ISIS, the Daily Mail reports. He's beheaded dozens of prisoners and even amputated the limbs of young children, giving him the reputation of being one of the most feared members of the terror group.

In the video, The Bulldozer is seen lying down with his hands tied behind him in the back of a truck before being driven off by Syrian Armed Forces.

In the past, the ISIS member has been seen in photos, wearing black robes and a mask while holding a three-foot sword, which he uses to behead people.

In a 2015 interview with Channel 4 News, a 14-year-old Syrian boy identified as "Omar" said The Bulldozer amputated his hand and foot because he would not join the terrorist group. He said The Bulldozer rounded up a large group of children to witness his maiming.

Meanwhile, the man believed to have coordinated a deadly 2015 attack on Kenya's Garissa University College has been killed in southern Somalia, a top local leader reported, according to Al Jazeera.

On Wednesday, local security forces in the Somali town of Kismayo said a special forces raid resulted in the death of Mohamed Mohamud Ali.

"Sixteen armed men, four of them senior commanders including Mohamed Mohamud Ali, known as Dulyadin... were killed by the Somali commandos and the special forces of the Jubaland," Abdirashid Janan, minister of state security for Jubaland in southern Somalia, said.

U.S. leaders in Washington told the Associated Press on condition of anonymity that American forces offered advice and provided assistance support in the mission.

Four Al-Shabaab gunmen carried out the attack at Garissa University College in April 2015, which resulted in the deaths of 148 people -- 142 were students.

Pulse.ng reports the militants seized the campus, executing people they believed were Christians.
