"I will admit that I ama person of spirituality,
yet I still have manyquestions regarding God.
However, I'm currently working
on a COVID response assignment.
As an RN, I feel that if I can pray
for my patients properly,
that it would help themcope and stay strong.
Can I pray, if I still have questions,
and sometimes even doubts?"
- James said it this way,
he said, "A double mindedman will receive nothing
of the Lord."
What you need to do is your spirit
needs to agree with the Holy Spirit,
that something will be done.
And the Bible says whentwo of you agree on Earth,
when your spirit can agree with God,
and the two of you willbring something to pass.
But if you're not agreeing with God,
then of course your prayerswill not be as effective.
So all you essentially have to do,
you can have doubts, butif you do not believe
that something's going tohappen, it will not happen.
When you stay in praying,believe that you will receive it,
and you will have the thing is you say.
If you don't believe it,you ain't gonna your get it.
It's just that simple(laughing) all right.
- Yes.- All right.
- This is Valerie, who says,"Someone made a comment
on Facebook saying 'We areall children of God, 100%.'
I disagree, are we?"
- Well, we're all made in God's image.
All human beings are made in God's image,
but Jesus talked about some people
being children of the devil.
And there was, well, they've been people
who have withstood God,
and they don't considerthey're children of God.
I mean, you know, Paul talksabout the household of faith,
that he was sent tothe household of faith.
And you know, those who whohave accepted Jesus Christ
are the children of God.
In that sense, then everybody in the world
is not a child of God.
Everyone is created in God's image,
but every, no it's not part ofthe family of God, all right.
- Okay, this is Gail who says,
"In our new resurrected bodies,will we be the same gender?
And will we have food inheaven, if so, what kind?"
I'm hoping for coffee, Gail.
- Jesus said they neither marry,or giving in the marriage,
they're like the angels.
You don't have sex, there'snot gonna be female angels
and male angels in heaven.
So I wouldn't worry about the same sex.
But you recognize people? I think so.
And I think there'll be love.

and what will he do to get you back?
Will he let you see scary things?
Will he put you in timeout for a long time?"
- Well, that's thewhole idea of purgatory.
And no, I'm to part, and be with the Lord,
which is far better.
There's no intermediate stage,
so you'll come to bewith the Lord, period.
And there's no time out,or anything like that.
But God will reach tothe ends of the Earth
to bring you a way, you know,
where they cannot flee from my Spirit,
though I make my bed inhell, you're still there.
God is always there.
