This is a good one.

Moreen says, my boys, 32and 35, can't seem to work,

save money, get married,or do anything in life.

I pray and fast for them all the time.

My husband and I are very stressed out

because they sit in their rooms all day.

We talk to them, encourage them,

motivate them, fight with them.

We've kicked 'em out, they come back.

Nothing we do works with these kids.

I pray for God to take meaway because I give up.

What should I do?

You gotta help her, Pat.

- Okay, well, you know, theBible's pretty explicit.

It said, if any man willnot work, let him not eat.

You know, those boys wouldbe a whole lot more motivated

if you kicked 'em out of thehouse and they were hungry.

You know, you've got 30-some-year-old kids

who hang around the house andthey're not, quote, motivated.

The best motivation you can imagine,

and what does the Bible say?

A hungry man makes himeager to go to work.

You know, and I think, don't hesitate

to kick 'em out of your house.

I mean, that's what you call tough love.

But what you're doingis enabling a conduct

that is detrimental to them andto the Kingdom of God, okay?

- Amen.

All right, Johnathan said, isGod real and how do you know?

What proof is there?

- (chuckles) You know,what Benjamin Disraeli said

to Queen Victoria said,"What proof do you have

"of the existence of God?"

And he said, "The Jew, your majesty."

But anyhow, listen, onthis program every day

we have examples of God healing people.

I have talked to the Lord, Ihave seen His power, His work,

and He will do miraculous things.

So you say, what proof do I have?

Just read the Bible and compare it

to what's happening in the world

and you'll see the Bibleis a book of instruction

and wisdom and blessingand it's all there.

So how do you learn?

You listen to the Word of God, all right?

- All right, Brad says, I'vebeen a Christian all of my life

and I know the power of prayer.

I know that Jesus heals if we ask Him.

Do you think He heals our pets too

if we ask Him to heal them?

Or is the healing only for us as humans?

Great question.

- I've had every kindof dog you ever heard of

and one of 'em was called a Borzoi

which is a Russian wolf hound.

And this Borzoi was afemale, and she got loose

and went out and some dog bredwith her and she had puppies.

And one of the puppies was alittle dog we call Mighty Mutt

because he was kind of weird.

But he was a friendly little thing.

And he came in one day and hewas suffering from something.

I don't know what itwas, but he was hurting.

And so I laid my handson little Mighty Mutt

and I said, "In the nameof Jesus, touch him."

And the Lord healed him andthat little dog looked at me.

I'll never forget thelook in his eyes like,

what did you just do for me?

Does God heal pets?

Of course He does.- Yeah.

- He loves all of His creation.

And the Bible says a righteous man

cares for the life of his animals.

And so, you know, Godcares for everything.

You know, a sparrowdidn't fall to the ground

without the Lord knowing about it, okay.

- Amen, I've laid hands on our dogs, too.

- Yeah, have you had them get healed?

- Yeah, yeah, so it works.- God will heal 'em.

Of course He does.- All right, here's Gracelyn.

She says, is it judging

to call someone a lukewarm Christian?

- Well, the Book ofRevelation calls 'em lukewarm.

The Laodicean Church.

You know, he said, ifyou bring something cold

it cools down, refreshing.

If you get something hot, it'llburn you, you won't drink it

but if you have something lukewarm

it makes you want to vomit.

So if you want to, you know,have a controlled vomit

you drink something, he said,

"I'll vomit you out of my mouth."

So I don't think it's a sin, but you know,

God didn't make us judges.

And so I think for us judging and say,

well, he's lukewarm, well, I mean,

you're following theBible but at the same time

be careful you're notjudging somebody, all right?

I love watching your program on YouTube.

My question is, wheredid the Christmas tree

and Santa come from?

Is it wrong to decorate a tree?

My kids are small, and Iwill give them the truth

about the real reason for the season.

- I tell you what, you know,

Santa Claus, he knows whenyou've been good or bad

so be good for goodness sake.

God, he knows the lettersthat come to the North Pole

and all that, I mean, this is a myth.

I mean, Saint Nicholas was a nice old man

in the Middle Ages who wasgiving stuff away to people.

And all of these traditions, some of them

very definitely restin Christian theology.

A lot of the things, theChristmas trees and yule log

and all that comes out of Paganism.

So what is the deal?

You've got to show yourchild that God is real

and some of these otherthings are just tradition.

And if you want to say, all right,

Santa Claus is make believeand you say, all right,

we're playing a gameand he's make believe,

but Jesus is real, but youmust not make everybody think

that Santa Claus is like Jesus.

It's a big mistake, all right?

- Amen, here's Jeff.

He asks, some people say youcan't lose your salvation.

Others say you can give itaway, but you can't lose it.

I'm not sure I understand that.

I've also heard if you continue to sin

and you know you're sinning

you take yourself out from that umbrella.

What is your opinion?

- Well, you read 1 John.

It says, if anybody says he hasn't sinned

he makes God a liar.

You know, the real, real deal is,

in terms of sin I think itis a terrible mistake to say,

well, once saved always saved

therefore I can do what I wanna do.

You know, I've said before,you just got married.

Young husband and he loves the wife

and they just made vows together

and then he turns to her and says,

"Look, how much adultery can I commit

"before you kick me out?"

I mean, you know, this is crazy.

You've been adoptedinto the family of God.

And if anybody has been born of God,

the Spirit of God was in him

and he cannot keep on sinning.

You cannot keep on sinning

and say that you've been born again.

You just can't do it.

And the Bible says, if yousay that you have not sinned

and you make God a liar 'causeGod says you are a sinner

and you need salvation,but you can't keep on.

If anybody is born of the Spirit of God,

he does not keep on sinning.

So if you're into thatmode, please don't think

because of some decisionyou made in the church,

you went forward in ameeting or something,

don't think you're home free.

It doesn't work that way, all right?
