- Okay this first one's a long one.

It's from a viewer who says,"I was physically assaulted

"by an associate pastor'swife in September

"causing whiplash, bruises andmental and emotional injury.

"I am in physical therapy

"and will begin counseling next week

"to deal with the trauma it caused.

"My husband and I have since realized

"how bad the church is and we'veleft this cult-like church.

"I struggle with severe angertowards them because of this.

"They've not reached outto reconcile or apologize.

"Instead, they've gone tomy husband at his workplace

"in order to explain and minimizewhat was done by the wife.

"This is not her firsttime assaulting someone

"and now she works at anassisted living facility.

"I don't know how to getpast my anger toward them

"and towards my husband who is attempting

"to make peace with all parties.

"I'd appreciate some wisdom and advice."

- The key to miracles,Jesus made it very clear,

when you stay and pray,if you have ought against

any forgiveness, your heavenlyFather may forgive you.

And once that happens, you have miracles.

There is no reason, it doesn'tmatter what she's done.

I mean, I can't imagine a woman

in a church assaulting somebody else

and leaving you with theinjuries you've received.

It sounds horrible.

But a lot of horriblethings have been done

and the most horrible ofall was when they crucified

Jesus and from the crosshe said forgive them,

they don't know what they're doing.

So, if the Lord can forgivethe people who hung him

on the cross, you can forgive this woman.

And you just need to do it, if you don't,

you're gonna be miserablethe rest of your life.

So, how am I gonna help you?

That's the word.

When you have ought againstany, forgive that your

heavenly Father might forgive you, okay?

- Okay, this is Jeffery who says,

"I've been looking at finding a girlfriend

"and my heart is earnestlyset on finding one.

"I've done everything from volunteering

"to just going out to have funin hopes of meeting someone.

"It seems either it's not God's timing

"or my approach is wrong.

"My mom says I shouldpray for what kind of girl

"I am looking for, and God will provide

"exactly what I'm lookingfor in His timing.

"I'm guessing it's just not God's timing.

"Do you think this is the case?

"Is it possible to pray aboutspecific characteristics

"of a girl you want?"

- You know, I rememberthe story of a woman

who asked for a man and he asked for a man

who wasn't a drunk, whowasn't a drug addict,

who didn't beat her.

And she got all that, but theone thing she didn't ask for

was one that didn't run around.

So, he was philandering.

I do think you can, youknow you need to know

what you want, and Ireally believe that if

you know what you're lookingfor, what do you want?

Do you want somebody who's fun?

Do you want somebody who can cook?

You want somebody who'sa good housekeeper?

You want somebody who's romantic?

I mean, who are you looking for?

Somebody that's pretty?

Somebody that's intelligent?

Somebody that can talk to you?

Put that list of what you're looking for

and then say, God, wouldyou have the appropriate

mate for you, and see what happens.

But whatever you do, stop being desperate.

That's the worst thing inthe world in any romance.

I mean, they'll run like scalded dogs.

- And can I say, you years ago I think,

answered a question similarto this, and you said,

"In the meantime, get yourself ready."

- That's right!

- To be the right mate.

- Amen.- Sound advice, I think.

to be the perfect mate.

You figure what you want, but you say,

what can I give to somebody else?
