who loves spending timeoutdoors with her children.

When the COVID pandemicforced them to stay inside,

and disrupted her income, shedidn't know where to turn.

- I lost half of my pay,

half of my income, for a couple of months.

It was very hard, to tryto make my car payment

and trying to keepeverything paid by myself,

as a single mom.

- My daughter likes to bakeand it was when we went

to Operation Blessing,they loaded my car up.

I mean, completely full, and they brought

three or four dozen eggsand she just lit up.

She was just so excited andthere were so many kind people

there and it was a huge blessing.

And my daughter, I mean, she'llprobably never forget it.

You know, it was just eggs,but it was the thought

behind that and she literally went home

and made a Bundt cake and, you know,

decorated her cake and it made her week.
