- So, the other day my mom was a little,
let's say, disappointed with me.
It's possible, slightly possible,
that I may not clean myroom as much as she'd like.
Or at all, slight possibility.
In any event, she gives meone of her famous looks,
the "I'm rolling my eyes,
but my eyes aren't actuallymoving" kind of look.
So, I thought I'd make her laugh.
"But, Mom," I said, "don'tyou remember Psalm 127?
"Children are a gift fromthe Lord, a reward from Him."
See, Mom, I'm a reward.
(harp strumming)
My mom says, "Proverb17:6," and she walks away.
I look it up, "Children shouldbe proud of their parents."
I can hear her laughingfrom the other room.
Well played, Mother, well played.
Families are special and there's nothing
like getting to spend time with them.
We asked our SuperbookShow hosts to let us know
their favorite way to spendtime with their family.
Let's take a look.
(upbeat music)
- My favorite thingthat I do with my family
is just going out to dinner.

and Charades, and Scrabble, and it's just awesome.

we're all like, "Yeah, whoo!"
- Have dinner and eat ciabatta bread.
- I like playing Monopolybecause when I land on Boardwalk,
and then they land on Boardwalk,
I get money and it's like, justkeep throwin' in and I win.
- My favorite thing todo with my family is
I love to go to Busch Gardens with them
because my brother'sjust reached the height
where they can actually ride all the rides
and it's just gonna besuper fun introducing them
to all the big roller coasters and stuff
and see the reactions on their faces.

is look at cute stuff on Facebook.
We always just like findingcute cat videos on Facebook.
- My favorite thing to do withmy family is procrastinate.
There'll be times when we're all doing
our own individual homework.
My mom will be reading a book,
or my brother will bereading for his assignment,
or I'll be writing apaper, and all of a sudden
one of us will get atune stuck in their head,
and the other personwill add on to that tune,
and the other person gets the instruments,
and we all, at the end of the night,
by midnight, everyoneis playing instruments
and not doing what theywere supposed to be doing.
And it's fun.
- My favorite thing to do with my family
is go to the beach withthem in the summer.
- Yes so,
let me think.
I like eating with them.
I honestly just like sittingdown and talking with them
about stuff because we'll start off
talking about different family memories,
and then we'll get inthese heated conversations,
and then we'll all loveeach other in the end.
It's a wonderful cycle.
Just talking with them is great.
- So I really love when me and my family
can go out to see amovie because we all have
really different genre preferences,
and so when we findsomething that we really like
we just get really into it,and it's just a lot of fun.
- My favorite thing to do with my family
is go to plays.
- My favorite thing to do with my family
is play boardgames because it always gets
a little competitive, and then we get cheaters,
and then it's always justa fun experience together.

I didn't clean my room (laughs).
That's like the worst feeling ever,
when you don't get the chores done
and she pulls up into the driveway,
and you're like (gasps)
and you're trying to thawthe chicken in two seconds.
(laughing)
I'm trying to be likeLawrence and dance right now
and it's really not working out
'cause he's like -- all the time.
I can't do it, I'm notthat fluid in motions.
'Cause I was thinkingthat when I was saying--
I was like, "Did I saywhat I was thinking,
"or did I say the right line?"
We'll see.
- [Crew Member] You've got the right line.
- Yeah!
That's a wrap.
Whoa, 20 minutes before it'ssupposed to be finished.
