- Well you know if somebodygives an invitation

to accept the Lord,

it doesn't necessarily apply to one.

I've spoken to large crowds of people

and thousands havereceived that same word.

So the answer is

if it applies to you,

claim it and God will bless you.

If there are more than others claiming it,

there's plenty of God to go around,

so don't worry about it, all right.

"I have metastatic breast cancer

"which has spread to my liver and bones.

"I scream and cry andmoan in pain most days;

"It's torture, absolute torture!

I have been a Christianfor most of my life.

I am crushed. I was a wonderful mother.

What did I do to deserve this?

- Look, I hate cancer.

I think God hates cancer.

I've been at the bedside of people who've

died of cancer.

The pain is unbearable.

I am a cancer survivor,I had prostate cancer.

My wife had breast cancer.

She had a mastectomy, Ihad my prostate removed

and so I don't have cancer anymore,

but why does cancer come?

There are many reasonsthat people get cancer.

We have all sorts of carcinogens

out in our society that cause cancer.

If we have a lack ofnutrients in our body,

they will be subject to cancer.

There's so many factors

and I don't think we need to attribute

the sickness to God,

but all I can say is

we can pray and askGod to heal your cancer

and give you the release from the pain.

But don't think God put that on you.

God hates cancer and God does not

give people cancer ever, all right?

All right, Karen says, "Ineed some clarification

"on a verse in the OldTestament: Isaiah 53:5.

"But He was woundedfor our transgressions,

"He was bruised for our iniquities,

"the chastisement ofour peace was upon Him,

"and by His stripes we are healed.

"I know the definition ofchastisement per the dictionary,

"but chastisement doesn't make much sense

"to me in relation to our peace."

- That's a description ofwhat happened to Jesus.

He was beaten and He had 39 stripes

and there are many who'vesaid well each stripe

represented some kind of a sickness.

He wasn't chastised becauseHe did something wrong,

He was bearing your sins and my sins

and He was beaten for youon account of what you did

and what I did.

There's that song, He took the fall for me

and I think He was punishedbecause of our sin.

The Lord lay on Himthe iniquity of us all,

so that's what happened.

You have to understand, the whipping,

the nails, the crucifixion,

everything that was done for Jesus,

Our Jesus was a representativeof sinful mankind

that needed to be made right with God.

- Well, it's a question of it said

wine is a mocker

and strong drink is raging.

It's fermented grapes

and fermented wheat

and barley, and rye, and so forth

that cause the problem.

And why did He do it?

I mean I don't think that

the Earth has things andthey're medicinal value

and there's all kinds of good things

that can come about through these plants

that God's made.

If they're misused bypeople it's not God's fault.
