A high school student in Glouster County, New Jersey, has filed a lawsuit against an atheist group to keep the words "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Samantha Jones, 18, says the words are not about religion but about rights.

CBN News reporter Charlene Aaron spoke with Diana Verm, of the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, which represents Samantha and her family, about the case.
