Faith Group Granted Reprieve on HHS Mandate

There's been another victory for a religious organization challenging Obamacare's contraception mandate.
A federal judge in Florida has granted the Christian and Missionary Alliance Foundation an injunction allowing them to stop paying for controversial birth control in their health benefits plan.
The judge said organizations applying for the exemption need only to notify federal authorities, and they don't have to identify their insurers.
The order is the latest since the U.S. Supreme Court ruled last year that some businesses can be exempt from the contraception coverage mandate if it violates their religious beliefs.
