A Night of Joy and Transformation in Croatia
When the team from CBN Animation’s Superbook was invited to host an event at a local school in Posušje, Croatia, they knew it would be special—but what unfolded exceeded every expectation. After weeks of prayer and preparation, the event became a powerful testimony of God’s love at work.
The night before the event, the team stayed with one of the teachers from the school, where they prayed together and even arranged to meet again to pray for a friend in need. These moments of fellowship and faith were as meaningful as the event itself would be—proof that Superbook is a ministry that builds relationships and brings hope.
On the day of the event, the hall was filled with 180 children, joined by kindergarten teachers and municipal staff. From the very beginning, there was a sense of openness and readiness to let the Lord move beyond the program itself. And he did.
The children’s excitement was contagious. They sang “The Salvation Poem” with joy, doing the motions and filling the hall with praise. Even the youngest attendees followed the Superbook episode “Rescued” with surprising attention, their hearts captivated by the story of God’s love and redemption.
But the impact didn’t stop there. Teachers and staff shared how they have integrated Superbook episodes and discussions about God’s Word into their weekly activities. One testimony stood out—the kindergarten director who invited the Superbook team shared how the school began with just three children and, through God’s guidance and the support of parents and the parish, now serves over 300 children twelve years later. Her story reminded everyone that God’s hand is at work in every detail.
