Blame Game Begins over Broken Ukraine Ceasefire

The Ukrainian government and Russian-backed rebels are pointing the finger of blame at each other for violating the recently brokered ceasefire in eastern Ukraine.
The news comes just one day before both sides are scheduled to begin withdrawing heavy weaponry.
In a televised news conference Monday, a separatist military spokesman said the government launched an artillery strike overnight on a town under rebel control.
Ukraine blamed the attack on the rebels.
The ceasefire went into effect Sunday, raising hopes for an end to a 10-month-old conflict that has claimed more than 5,300 lives.
