- [Narrator] Many people still need help
supporting their families
as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
- This pandemic has beenrough for not just my family,
but a lotta people out here in America.
Some people don't have no food.
Some people still notworking or hours is cut.
- [Narrator] Carla, a single mom,
made a career changeto protect her family.
- I was a PCA nurse, but I chose to stop
because I wanted to make sure
I didn't come into contact with COVID.
I'm a cashier.
It's full-time, but I took a pay cut.
It's a struggle, but I'm notgonna lie to you, I just pray.
- [Narrator] A team of volunteersruns Victorious Living,
an Operation Blessing partner.
At their drive-through distributions,
volunteers place fooddirectly into people's cars.
Ministry director Nathan Butler.
- We have been of greatimpact to this community,
and we thank God for Operation Blessing.
- [Narrator] PatriciaHolmes is a recipient
and a volunteer.
- I started volunteering becauseI was coming here anyway,
so since I'm here, why not help out?
It make you feel hopeful
and grateful that you cancome down to this place
and get food to eat ratherthan going hungry and starving.

right in their time of crisis.
- Every now and then, some people come up
and they are angry.
You can see some frustration in them.
They're mad at their circumstance
and we give them a smile andgive them a extra dose of love
and maybe even give them an extra bag
and let them know that,hey, we feel your pain.
We're here to help you, butmost of all, good God Almighty,
we're here to let youknow that God loves you.
He loves you and He cares for you.
