- For president Trump and his team
this war rages on.
Lawsuits and recounts are underway
in several hotly contested states,
but time is running out
as they try to uncover more votes,
and prove evidence of voter fraud.
- They believe there'sa treasure trove here.
Those are the words that Kayleigh McEnany
said to me a couple of days ago,
and they are about to
show us all this treasure trove
but they need to do it pretty quickly.
- [Jenna] CBN chief political analyst,
David Brody Wednesday on Faith Nation.
- The facts of the matterare is that in Georgia
there's been some moreTrump's were most for Trump
after we've seen some ofthe disclosure down there,
and we know there's going tobe a recount in Wisconsin.
- [Jenna] But is it enough,
to hand Trump another fouryears in the white house.
Today in Georgia,
officials will announce results
of its statewide recount.
Nearly 6,000 ballots thathad not been counted there,
were found in four counties,
Trump gained nearly 1,400more votes than Biden,
narrowing the lead,
but not enough to make a difference.
And an error in the handrecount in DeKalb County
that gave Biden 9,000 extra votes,
was caught by an electionmonitor and corrected.
The mistake was neverapplied to the final tally.
In Wisconsin,
where the president lostby some 20,000 votes,
the campaign has put down $3 million
to pay for recounts in Daneand Milwaukee counties.
- To do a whole state wouldbe eight, nine, $10 million
but they don't need to re canvas
and recount the whole state.
What they need to do,
is recount the Milwaukeearea specifically.
That's where they need to focus on.
- [Jenna] Next door in Michigan,
a back and forth overcertification of votes
in Wayne County.
Tuesday, two Republicanson the canvassing board
in Wayne County,
initially voted against certifying,
but changed those votes,
two hours later.
Last night, the two filed affidavits
resending their votes for certification,
claiming they've beenpressured and misled.
Down in Arizona today,
a judge will hear lawsuits
to block certification in Maricopa County.
Where the GOP is seeking arecount of the 2 million votes.
The state scheduled tocertify those ballots
today or tomorrow.
And in Pennsylvania,
the Trump campaign is wagingseveral legal battles.
Among them charges that ballot inspectors
were denied proper access.
The Trump team has filedsuits in all of these States,
as well as Nevada,
but most have been defeated.
Fred Lucas, white S-corpsrespondent at The Daily Signal,
put all of this into historicalcontext on Faith Nation.
- The 2000 race that went on for 36 days.
If you go back to 1876 issues like that,
that went on from November into March
before they figured that out.
1824 that was a basicallylitigated election
in the house of representatives.
So what we're looking at hereis not an unheard of thing.
It's certainly not unprecedented
to challenge the outcomeof a presidential race.
- Meanwhile,
more Republicans areurging president Trump
to allow Joe Biden accessto intelligence briefings.
The Biden team has also been blocked
from coronavirus information.
They say this could puttheir administration
behind by weeks comeJanuary when he takes office
