'God Will Make a Way': Hong Kong Protestors Shout for Revival in Faceoff with Communism

in various districts of Hong Kong
as police used forceto disperse protestors
who turned out in big numbersdespite being denied permits.
Angry Hong Kong residents
are sending a strong message to China
over its threat to its democratic rights
as the People's Republiccelebrates its 70th anniversary.
President Xi said no force,not Hong Kong protestors
or a US trade war, can stop China's rise.
He also vowed a betterrelationship with Hong Kong,
but democracy protestorssay they want to see China
take steps in the right direction
by granting the right touniversal suffrage among others.
Pro-democracy student leader Joshua Wong
is optimistic that this can still happen,
especially after givingtestimony before the US Congress
where the Hong Kong human rights bill
is close to gaining approval.
Joshua Wong told CBN News:
- When the Hong Kong HumanRights and Democracy Act
has already passed both in the Senate
and House committee level,I think with such progress,
it will just encourage Hong Kong people
to aware that how international community
stand with Hong Kong.

a group of Christians have come out
of the four walls of the church
to minister to the young protesters.
- There's a spirit of sacrifice.
They come from their love.
They don't want the children get hurt.
- This is the team of Pastor Roy
and their goal is to stand in the gap.
They brave the rubberbullets, the tear gas,
and the rallies just toprotect the young people.
- Most of them got love.
They know what God doing,what church have been done.
They love church more.
I think I see the Godhand, a big love hand.
