to welcome the pope before thousands of people.

The sneaker wearing bar spitting nun

is part of a Los Angeles based Catholic musical group.

They were selected from a contest that

drew more than 400 musical acts, all vying to sing for the pope.

And it'll be sister Maria Valentina, good for her.
