OK, we've got some e-mail here.
You ready for this?
Two minutes they just gave me.
Maybe I can take one email.
TERRY MEEUWSEN: This
is Diana who says,
oh this is a good one.
Can you explain
the electoral vote?
Many of us wonder
what's the use of voting
when this electoral
vote seems to supersede.
It really doesn't.
I mean, technically it does.
I mean the states are
all given so many votes
in the electoral college
and theoretically, they
select electors who go
together and make the vote.
But right now, the
electors follow the vote
of the general population.
If any of them decided
to go on a venture,
I think they'd be lynched.
So don't worry about it.
They have to do or
they have always
done what the people said.
So your vote counts.
All right.
OK, this is Christina
who says, Hi Pat, I've
stepped away from the church.
I came back in
February then left
because I felt uncomfortable,
like I was being judged.
How do you find
the perfect church?
I believe in God.
Want my faith to
be stronger, but I
feel like I always get
judged by the people
of the church either way.
I do deal with anxiety
and depression.
I don't want this to get
in the way of my faith.
Somebody said, if you
lived with a perfect church
and you join you just
ruined the perfection.
There is no perfect church.
The church is the one that's
going to be among the redeemed
when the Lord comes back.
But focus on the Lord.
Focus with Jesus.
And then reach out to
people that you love.
People who believe in the
Bible and have fellowship.
And there's no such thing as a
perfect church short of heaven
itself.
We leave you with today's
power minute from Psalm 30.
O Lord my God, I cried out
to you, and you healed me.
